Mr. Ward established the Company in 2009 after a long career in the private sector serving Community Development Districts, Cities and developers throughout the State of Florida, in the establishment and on-going management of District's and Cities. He has worked with a broad array of developer's, Cities and fully built out communities throughout his career.
He has been involved in over $3 Billion in financings in over 300 transactions ranging in size from $3 Million to over $80 Million, and is an expert in the design of structured debt obligations requiring unique approaches to financial transactions for new, emerging and mature Communities.
Mr. Ward has been qualified in numerous courts throughout the State of Florida as an expert in the management and delivery of infrastructure improvements for these communities.
He is a leading expert in the design and implementation of Non Ad-Valorem Special Assessment Methodologies for the development of long-term capital infrastructure programs and for the on-going operating needs of districts and local governments. He has designed methodologies for roads, water management, water and sewer facilities, environmental mitigation projects, security facilities, parks, landscaping, lighting, beach renourishment, and solid waste.
He has assisted communities in Florida in evaluating the economic and financial impacts of creating new cities, as well as preparing and managing strategic financial plans. Mr. Ward brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing long term financial plans which provide for smart growth while reducing the burden on local governments and ensuring the financial stability of the projects throughout their life.
